A coach will take into account 11 personal factors (such as age, weight, goals, motivation level, previous history, allergies etc.) and design a plan that will fit you like a glove. The Strength Training Blueprint
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a Powerlifter, MMA athlete or just someone that’s tired of being weak. The Strength Training Blueprint is a fully customized program designed by a National Deadlift Record holder to help you put massive numbers on the bar and help turn that into real world strength. This plan lasts anywhere from 10-12 weeks. Note: if you’re preparing for a Powerlifting meet, please allow the full 12 weeks to get you prepared.
