About Kris R

Kris

Hey I’m Kris!

Thanks for dropping by and checking out my articles. Coach Sahil told me I had to brag about myself on this page and let you guys know a little about me. Since I come from humble beginnings, I’m not very good at that sort of thing, but here goes nothing…

I’m a strong believer that self-education is the key to successfully treating injuries. My articles are dedicated to teaching you how you can manage your injuries by yourself. As a competitive athlete, I know all about injuries first hand. Whether or not your competitive or recreational, you’re going to get injured one day.

There’s a little known idiom that says “the greater the athlete, the greater the injury.”

Being injured is a frustrating experience both physically and mentally. It’s important for us to understand how injuries occur, when to seek professional help, what to expect from professional help and most importantly, how to help yourself.

A Little About My Academic Background

I have studied Kinesiology at York University and am also pursuing studies in Life Sciences. On top of that I’m a certified personal trainer, MES and also a Post Rehab exercise specialist. I have lots of experience working in Medical walk in clinics and Sport injury clinics and have been fortunate to have worked with some of the best physicians, chiropodists, chiropractors and physiotherapists in Canada.

Being on the “inside lines,” I have seen what is lacking in the field of rehab and I intend to provide the information to give you a complete picture!

My goal is to make my information a bridging point for you, so that when you’re injured, at least you’ll feel less frustrated because you’ll have a greater understanding of what happened.

I am dedicated to you being injury free – or at least recovering quickly!

If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comment section of my articles and I’ll reply as soon as I can.

Oh, and don’t forget to sign up to one of our amazing free workout programs listed below — I know Coach Sahil has spent a lot of time meticulously putting them together, and I’m confident you’ll get a lot out of them.

Here’s to your success.
